Elana Walker & Karen Clark

Owners Elana Walker and Karen Clark opened the doors of City Hall Boutique Events in May 2024 in response to the rising costs of weddings today. They aimed to provide couples with an affordable yet beautiful wedding option. Whether you’re looking to purchase a home, pay off student debt, or splurge on an amazing honeymoon, City Hall Boutique Events offers an economical way to tie the knot.

Elana Walker, CWP, is a certified wedding planner with 16 years of experience in both local North Carolina and international weddings. Karen Clark, a radio personality and former wedding planner, teamed up with Elana to plan her own wedding, leading to a beautiful friendship and their current partnership in City Hall Boutique Events.
