City Hall Boutique Events is a beautiful venue designed to host a variety of events. With an intimate capacity of 60 seated guests and 85 standing, our space features two distinct spaces that can be separated as needed, along with a beautiful outdoor courtyard. Centrally located in the Glenwood South district of Downtown Raleigh, we offer easy our onsite parking ensures hassle-free arrivals for your attendees. Whether you’re hosting a wedding, non-profit fundraiser, or other special event, our venue is well-equipped to meet your needs.

$1200.00 weekend | $800.00 week day
$1400.00 holiday rate
6 Hour Rental
$1800.00 weekend | $1200.00 week day $2100.00 holiday rate
8 Hour Rental
$2200.00 weekend | $1400.00 week day $2600.00 holiday rate

Rental can be anytime between 10am - 12am
50% to reserve your date. The balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
A $300 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals, due 2 weeks prior to your event.
